Asian Tour - Intercontinental Tokyo Bay, Japan
Phil stayed in this hotel in March 2007 and thinks the hotel is "starting to look a bit tired" and needs a refurbishment in the "next couple of years". His room on the 20th floor had "stunning view out over Tokyo Bay". His room was "small to average". The twin beds in his room were "very comfortable".
