[tuchaxy, 31/07/2012] We spent three days and nights at this traditional Japanese inn. It certainly needs some getting used to for westerners as you are not allowed in your room between 10 am and 3 pm (difficult with children) and can't get into the room before 3 pm for check-in, but it is just a very interesting immersion in another culture. We slept on Tatami mats and futons, took a hot onsen (located at the top floor) and had a delicious Japanese breakfast sitting down low in the morning.
