[RandStewart, 21/09/2011] As a traveling businessman, I am always looking for a new place to stay on my travels. And I found a great one - The Vergina Hotel on Monastiriou St. in Thessaloniki. I couldn't have been happier with my choice. To start with, they have underground parking, so I didn't have to find a parking space on the street. My room, even thought it was small, was spotless and had an air conditioner could have frozen the North pole. My recent trip was in August, so it was especially appreciated. There was also a little balcony in my room, perfect for watching the lights of Thessaloniki come on at night. Th

[hathor, 25/07/2011] Located in the center of Thessaloniki, this might be a good place to stay for people just passing through the city in need of a quick nap or a roof over their heads for a night. It doesn't seem like a nice place for a couple or family to stay for more than one or two nights - my reservations were botched, I had asked for a double room with double bed, when we got there, they had none. We were placed in a room with two single beds that couldn't be put together, and in two nights we were able to get a double.
The hotel is clean but gives that grimy feeling of quick-stay motels. Service was slow

[hathor, 23/07/2011] With quiet, cozy rooms at an affordable, this hotel in Thessaloniki can accommodate travelers that need a place to stay in the city. Perfect for people traveling for business, the rooms are clean and simple, with no luxuries to burden the price. The downfall is the lack of an elevator, so pack light! The hotel is situated about a 15 min walk from the center of Thessaloniki.

[sameh111, 15/05/2011] we went to the Science Center and Technology to enjoy the view and knowledge, it also provides information on Greece,it is cultural center for science and technology There in the center where the wide halls and sitting tourists to learn many things related to Greece there is translation of all that is said in many languages where the chairs be included.I enjoyed, but I felt a little bored I think we can get for it information only, but not its fun ..
[sameh111, 11/05/2011] I have traveled Greece for three years, but I can not forget this trip was one of the finest places that have traveled and the first place I visited in Thessaloniki is Palia Paralia He was a wonderful street full of cafes, shops and when I was there I took a delicious type of coffee price was very timely and also my friends were very happy about this cruise and the weather was great And although the street was busy in that day, but I enjoyed alot it there is very all ages men and women..Also much enjoyed your music..It is a great place.
[guest_38870, 29/03/2011] I stayed at the hotel 3 times already. I choose El Greco because of its good location - everything is in a walking distance. The bus stop is opposite the hotel. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. Free wi-fi in the rooms and you can use hotel's computers for free (are located on 1st floor). Breakfast is good and the prices are reasonable - an ideal choice for short staying. I found only 1 disadvantage - there is a noise from Ignatia street in the room.
[banova, 25/08/2010] The hotel is situated at the center of Thessaloniki. Offers sea view, there is nice square in front with a lots of Cafes. During Christmas time there is lovely light decoration with street musicians on the square. There is delicious candy shop in the near corner. Near the hotel is the famous While Tower of Thessaloniki which could be reached after short walk by the seaside street with cafes and restaurants. There are only few parking places in front of the hotel and garage is offered nearby for the guests. The rooms are not very big and without terrace but absolutely 5 stars. In the bathrooms

[AmandGermany, 07/12/2009] the hotel is great! close to everything,to main museums, convenient, clean and modern.
I needed something central and i read the reviews,by chance i chose the "city",and i was very lucky.indeed is everything i read.
The receptionist helped me a lot to find the streets and informed me.
I had also breakfast, included in the price.
The room nice and cozy.

[Dalka, 25/02/2009] In 2007 we decided that for the first time we will go to Greece, and since Thessaloniki is a short drive from Sofia, we decided on it.
I found Mandrino hotel in Internet and was tempteb by its top location and price.
We decided to travel during the night, so we arrived in front of the hotel at 5.15 in the morning. I was a bit worried that they might not let us stay, but the reception people were very nice and immediately gave us the keys to the room.
The rooms are overlooking the back yard, so this was a bit frustrating--there was actually no view. But who needs a view after seeing so
