[Milen_I, 29/06/2010] Fantastic place to spend a weekend out of the city. Historic building overgrown with greenery, one of the best restaurants in UK and non obtrusive service. I stayed there for a romantic weekend and liked the old fashioned rooms, the ambiance and pretty much everything. The only minor drawback is that the restaurant being a famous one is a bit on the expensive side and there were no vegetarian options on the menu for my wife. In general I liked the hotel, the service was ok and breakfast was good. Will stay there again
