The author describes the Hilton Hotel as a"landmark hotel in downtown Sydney" it was " reopened in mid-2005 after a A$200 million, 30-month total makeover", out went the old "1970s design elements" and in came a "spacious, light-filled 60-foot high lobby displaying a stunning four-story sculpture". He continues that "among the five different room types are 31 relaxation rooms, divided into three zones: spa bathroom, work zone, and relaxation space", which have "hydra-spa baths, body-jet showers, the latest TV and telephone wizardry". He reports other facilities include "broadband Internet, along with chaise lounge and ergonomic work chairs". He describes the "stunning, glass brassiere, run by well-known Sydney chef Luke Mangan, and trendy bar Zeta, designed by New Yorker Tony Chi, are the latest hip places to eat and meet" while he tells us the "Marble Bar also attracts a crowd".
The hotel also houses "LivingWell", which is the largest hotel based health club in Australia and offer "group fitness, yoga and Pilates classes, as well as a plethora of pampering treatments".
