[natyna, 03/08/2009] I stayed in hotel Europe for few days in April 2009 which is situated in the beautiful Bulgarian sea resort St. Konstantin i Elena.
The hotel is positioned just few metres from the beach and many rooms are facing the sea which is really great! The rooms are not bad for a 3 stars hotel; they are neat and well furnished. However the service was really really bad: the receptionist was always in a bad mood, I never heard "welcome, good morning, etc." Besides, the food was terrible: in the morning I had to pay adittionaly (the breakfast includes only tea) for the worse cup of coffee I ever had.

[Dalka, 18/02/2009] I am the person that can write about restaurants all day long. With Happy Bar and Grill, I will be short.
On the whole, I like Bar and Grill. When I ended up in Varna's Happy Bar and Grill, I was very disappointed.
First of all, there is no parking right next to the place, because of its situation. So do not go there by your car. Second of all, the place was crowded. There was no host or hostess, so I did not know exactly how long I have to wait and there was nowhere to sit.
So we waited. Out turn finally came, and we were not even asked whether we prefer smoking or non smoking area. As

[helenhaworth, 01/07/2008] Our stay at hotel Neptun was not what we expected. The surrounding ground outside was lovely, with a modern pool and bar area, however the interior of the hotel (reception area etc) was dated, though adequate. The corridors to hotel rooms were dark. Our room was very dated (the 1970's) and smelt very musty and 'old'. The self catering part included an area 1.5meters by 1.5meters, which consisted of a fridge, microwave, sink and a few cupboards with very old looking cups and saucers. There was no cutlery or Cooker! therefore as you could imagine I could do not self catering in an inadequate kit

[Ani, 06/12/2006] I love to go there with friends. Nice atmosphere, nice music, WONDERFUL AND VERY TASTY international food, young and friendly staff.
Dont go there if you expect luxury and want to impress new girl. Not romantic type of restaurant, but good to go there with couple of friends after long hanging around.
My favorite menu: Italian salad, grilled cheese and ham, Bulgarian shish kebab, cheese cake or ice-cream.
