The location was excellent and in a nice setting she said, although a "little hard to find". She notes that the hotel is an attractive traditional building and that the decor was smart. She liked the "airy" conservatory. Her room had everything that she wanted but was alittle too warm. The two restaurants provided good choice, quality and service and that the atmosphere in them was very good. She was very pleased by the range of spa facilities and treatments available, all included in the overall price.
