Is it a market or is it a festival ?

[Fritzthecat, 23.09.2008] Since more than 20 years Hamburg's fish market has been paying a yearly visit to Stuttgart. Annually in July the Karlsplatz, just behind the old castle, is transformed into a venue for selling fish. Or at least that's what you would expect from a market that calls itself "Hamburg Fish Market", no ? [more]
