I stayed 11 days in Anastasia in August 2011 and was very pleased with my choice. The room was nice, the lovely garden created cozy and romantic atmosphere, and the food was absolutely superb. Quite honestly, I ate lots and lots of it and did not gain a single extra kilo, so great is its quality! I love walking, so the location of the hotel is particularly rewarding: a few minutes on foot from sandy beaches, nice walks to the Mino archaeological site, Malia's delightful old town or till the end of the long street of Stalis. Since I was traveling alone, the exceptional warmth and friendliness of the hotel owners and staff were invaluable. In countless small ways they helped me fell so happy. I have traveled a lot all over the world, but the cozy feeling of being at home in Anastasia is truly extraordinary. I would therefore sincerely recommend this hotel in Crete to anyone; by the way, my parents are going to spend their holidays in Anastasia in the beginning of October! With me, however, the warm feeling of summer in Anastasia will stay for very long.
