[ampong, 31/03/2009] Upon check in we discovered that our reservation was made for 1 rather than 2. The manager was quite rude & said we'd stay in the single room but be charged for an additional breakfast. That wasn't a problem, but we were also charged an additional 100chf per day for extra towels & blankets though we received no extra towels & blankets-we had 1 twin comforter spread over a queen bed & 2 towels. Our first night I was up all night due to snoring in the next room. It is shocking how thin the walls are in what purports to be a 5 star hotel.
