1. TheButler service - great idea, But the Butlers must also behave like Butlers and not just wear the suit of a Butler! In this Hotel Butlers were sent whenever something happened, room service - great, they saw that the person I was travelling with was not a russianspeakier so they fooled him wherever they could. It was a realy pleasure to be in this place. Everytinhg was great, the staff is all the time ready to do something for you, you can ask everything you have a solution !
The flat is very spacious, well equiped, and of course it's clean ! It's not like that everywhere...
It's maybe far from the center when you have - 25° but you have the metro near this place so it's not a big deal.

I stayed here with my mum for three days and we enjoyed the clean rooms, good shower, floor heating and so on soforth.
[saucyred, 05/11/2009] My husband and I spent 3 nights at the swissSTAR in St. Petersburg and loved it. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast that was included was great as were the kitchen facilities. There was a 24-hour mini-grocery store right next store and it was only a 4-minute walk to the nearest Metro. We would recommend swissSTAR to anyone travelling to St. Petersburg.

[koshkha, 28/09/2009] The Grand Hotel Europe in St Petersburg is absolutely gorgeous. I still have to pinch myself to remind myself that I really did stay there because it's got such a fairy tale aura about it that it's hard to imagine it was just a dream. I visited in 2005 on a business trip taking in both St Pete's and Moscow and the GHE was my second stay in St Pete's but the hotel was 100 times more fantastic than where I stayed on my previous trip.
I'm not in the habit of staying in 5 star hotels even on business trips and the price of the GHE was enough to make your eyes water. But considering that a very

1) i dreamed to visit St-Petersurg for very long time
2) i choose the right hotel!!!!
3) and everything was perfect

[elise, 03/02/2006] I guess every traveller has a place after visiting which he is sure he should come back again. I have few such places. And one of them is Hermitage. I really consider that every person in the world should visit it and everyone will be impressed.
Hermitage represents value due to its collection as well as due to the buildings the collection is placed in. It occupies 6 buildings. The main and the first one is Winter Palace. It looks very beautiful outside and it's excellent inside. When you go upstairs or downstairs you feel like a very important person. I would even say a king or a queen...
