[divinivan, 22/10/2008] I travel to Grenada twice a year spending a total of 1 month. The highlight of my trip meal wise is eating at the Little Dipper. I'm a lambie and fish lover and Joan makes the best lambie ever. The fish is also awesome. The Little Dipper is a quaint little family run restaurant in Worbourn. I travel in March with a team of 7 to 12 and they also love to visit the Little Dipper. I have no problem recommending every visitor eat at the Little Dipper.

[spicy, 09/09/2008] Sometimes it's a little difficult to decide where to go and hang out and have a meal with some entertainment in Grenada.
The Hornibaboon Bar is a good place to choose. Its got a great location, to start off (with a wonderful view overlooking the lagoon), and the crowd that frequents there, is a nice mix of locals and visitors alike.
We went there a couple of nights ago with some friends to have a few drinks and ended up staying for a meal as well. The bar itself is very rustic, not the usual cold and modern look that everyone seems to go for these days. It was done this way on purpose, to giv

[spicy, 27/08/2008] The 'Little Dipper' is a small local restaurant located in the Woburn area of St.George, which we frequent from time to time. It is about 15 minute drive from the Tourist belt (Grand Anse) along the south east coast heading north. Taking a taxi to get there would cost about US$20 from the Grand Anse area.
It is not what you would expect of a 'typical' restaurant, but more of the type of Grenadian construction which is common throughout the island. If you are driving by, you would most likely not give it a second thought, as it is a small grey nondescript wooden building just off the main r

[spicy, 14/08/2008] Grenada's main "CARNIVAL" activities take place around the second weekend of August every year. And Carnival is WELL worth a visit! It is the main cultural expression of the year, and, indeed, of the island. Art, theater, dance, music, satire: in other words: spectacle, and much of it on the streets.
The Carnival highlights Competition at the National Stadium are:
Oueen Show; . The Queen contestants will be judged on modelling clothing, performing a 'talent', and answering a question.
Panorama: A treat for lovers of steel bands, or indeed anyone who is not a musical philistine. The Island

[trivago traveller, 19/03/2008] I eat at the Little Dipper at least twice a month. I am never disappointed in the quality of the food served. The prices are very inexpensive.
The view of Hogg Island and Clark's Court Bay is breathtaking.
Joan Charles and her family are your hosts. Joan does all the cooking on the spot. Nothing is pre-prepared. Ever had Lambie? Joan usually stews it and serves it over rice. Yummy. My favorite is the red snapper. Oh, my gosh!!!!! It is THE BEST.
Thanks Joan for creating such a lovely spot in Paradise.

[hotte78, 09/12/2007] We just returned from our holidays in the beautiful island of
Grenada and we stayed at the Mango Bay Cottages.
Anja & Kai the hosts and owner of these hidden Cottages really love Grenada and they found a nice spot for their little cozy Guesthouse.
We loved it to be away from the main tourism area and these place is quit and laid back. Because it is a small place with only 4 guest rooms you feel like at home. We liked the caribbean
styled apartment and the amazing view over the caribbean sea.
In the morning we started with a nice breakfast and we are
really missing the fresh fruits Kai se
