The Shaks restaurant is located outside the Friguia Park and is built to look like an African hut. We went on a organised trip with the tour company, which seemed to be how most guests at the restaurant got there. We went to Friguia Park which is Tunisia's first wildlife park on an excursion with Thomson. The zoo is located about 35 km from Hammamet just off GP1 Route De Sousse. It is best to get a map and this will guide you around the zoo so you do not miss any of the animals.
