A car rental is not required, however as we are happy to supply the budget traveler a discounted car rental. Everything is within walking distance; The bank, Discos, Bar, Food, Drinks and Shops are all right there!Perla de Sosua consist of Studios, 1 Bedrooms and 2 Bedrooms Apartments. Most with cooking facilities or kitchens, Some with full sized living rooms and separate dining rooms and all air conditioned bedrooms, safes, ceiling fans. Linen, and cleaning services provided, pool and community terrace on premises.Check out: Check out time is 11:00am on your date of departure. There is an extra charge for late check out and prior approval is requiredPlease leave all keys, remote controls, and parking keys with the management. A $50 hour fee will be charged for each hour (or portion thereof) past the required check out time. A $50 per item fee will be charged for each lost key
