This country house, rehabilitated in 2006, conserves the Gothic architecture of the fourteenth century: arches and stone walls, with wooden beams and medieval paintings. The building is accessible with a lift to the third floor.
Hotel La Freixera has five bedrooms, all of which have windows with a view. The rooms are spacious, light and comfortable and are fitted with a complete bathroom, and a hair drier, a mini-bar, digital TV, a telephone, a wifi connection, central heating and air conditioning. The special room has a private garden with an Ash tree (la Freixera), the tree that gives its name to the hotel.
At Hotel La Freixera, breakfasts are very important. The cheeses, jams, sausages and cakes are artisan products from the Solsonés region. On the third floor, guests can enjoy a cosy living room with an open fire, a library, board games and a free Internet connection.
