[martanikolova, 09/01/2012] This church is not very famous or historically significant, but it is the third biggest church in Sofia and is very beautiful, so if you are in the area, go and see it. You can light a candle inside and might charge up with good energy. I can't say anything special about it, but this is not a reason not to be seen.

[Boryana, 20/04/2009] The church "St. Paraskeva" is the third largest in Sofia. It is Orthodox Church. It is located near by Sofia's opera. the address is 58 Georgi Racovski str. The church is named on Saint Petka Bulgarian, also called Paraskeva. It takes 12 years to be build. It was completed in 1930. The temple has wonderful acoustics and a beautiful wood carving of the iconostasis. It is a perfect place for weddings. My wedding was there. The ceremony was wonderful. In the front of the church there is a small garden, where you can take a rest under the trees.

[chaeno_momiche, 05/06/2007] I visited the church this spring during a wedding ritual and it was wonderful! The east orthodox wedding ritual is long but not boring. I was fascinated by the pop, his misterious singing and atmosphere. In the church there are chairs for the guests.The colorful light from the windows and the hundred candles brought additional spiritual look on the faces of the newly weds. In front of the church there is a little garden with old big trees surrounded of green grass and wooden benches where you can have a rest under the accompany of birds singing.
