, 11/01/2012] There is no way you could miss the building of the President. It is centrally located and you will pass by it even if you are not looking for it. The building itself is impressive, one of the best looking buildings in Sofia, with wonderful architecture and well-maintained. But what is most impressive about is the guards in front of it. They stand still and never move, except when they are leaving the post and get replaced by other guards. If you happen to see the actual change, it would be the top of it.
