[7622jon, 15/08/2011] Set in its own grounds and surrounded by mature trees, this hotel left two impressions. The first was of a well operated four star country hotel, ideal for weddings and functions, with a good selection of bedrooms - some in an annex - and ample parking. The second may seem minor - but it was a real pleasure to not only take breakfast in my room, but for that breakfast to include orange juice that tasted of orange juice (other hotels take note), and what tasted like locally bought sausages.
