The park consists of grassy areas, a lake and a children's play area. There is also a cafe / restaurant as well as toilets and a car park where visitors have to pay 50p to park for the whole day.
There are three main areas for visitors to explore; these are the Deer Paddock which consists of a grassy area with a variety of trees such as walnut and variegated sycamore, the Lake which is in the middle of the park and is covered by woodlands that attracts an array of wildlife, and the Valley.
The Valley provides two trails which lead throughout the park, both of which are signposted. One trail takes 30 minutes to complete, the other about 45 minutes. Throughout the Valley, you follow the course of the Brockhill stream which runs from the lake. Entrance is free and opening hours are from 09h00 daily.
