Each one features a modern fitted kitchen including ceramic hobs, a fridge-freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine. All cookware and crockery is also provided. The lounge-diner comes with a sofa bed, flat-screen satellite TV and intercom access system. Towels and bed linen are provided.Housed in a traditional Seville house from the 18th century, these apartments offer an authentic experience of timeless Andalusia.
La Casa del Pozo Santo is built around a typical shaded courtyard of marble columns and wooden beams. Ideal for independent families or groups of friends, each apartment has a well-equipped kitchen and state-of-the-art amenities such as plasma-screen TVs.
The property is located on a pedestrian street in the city centre, near the main shopping area. Many central sights of the Andalusian capital are just a short walk away, such as the gigantic Cathedral with its emblematic Giralda tower.This property does not accept American Express as a method of payment.
A mandatory cleaning fee of EUR 30 is payable for stays of 1 night only.
Please note that all guests who anticipate arriving after 20:00 must notify the property directly prior to travel. They must then take the special transfer and / or check-in service, which incurs an extra surcharge, payable locally.Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
