The photos are organised geographically, with the island regions further organised into different islands by means of tabs.

This web page is a good starting point to understanding the locals when travelling in Scotland, with an A to Z (or rather to Y in this case) of expressions. The only thing missing is a pronunciation guide, but you can get lots of practice when you visit Scotland...

The page for each island is reached by means of a map and contains pictures and a history of the island as well as a bibliography and links if available.
