The reviewer tells us that this "exclusive" hotel is not well known but is his "consistent" choice when he wants "high-end" accommodations because of its "contemporary flair, amenities (and) convenient location" as well as its rooftop restaurant that offers "New York-style" city views. Locally owned, it has a "more Chilean flavor" than the many chain hotels in the city but still offers "cheerful, bilingual" service.
