Hotel O Colmo Santana
This hotel is spread between 2 buildings, each of 3 floors and comprises 40 double rooms and 3 suites. A lobby area with 24-hour reception welcomes guests and offers a valuables' safe and a lift. Additionally a newspaper stand, a games room and a TV room are also offered. Guests may take a drink in either the café or bar as well as dine in the cosy restaurant. A laundry and room service are offered and guests may park their cars in either the car park or garage.

Hotel Cabanas de Sao Jorge Village Santana
This recently modernised holiday village is surrounded by greenery-filled grounds and comprises a total of 25 bungalows and 10 double rooms that are housed within traditional rotundas affording the highest levels of modern comfort. Facilities include a foyer with a 24-hthe reception desk, a kiosk, safe, a café, a TV room, a breakfast room and a restaurant (capacity of 120 persons; highchairs available for infants) offering a range of meals and snacks. Moreover, it is possible to chill out in the billiards room or the lobby. There is a laundry service available to guests for a charge, as well as car parking facilities.

As private investment without bank support, the building construction started in 2004, having started from a dream (second family holiday home - 4 bedded room house) in the northern coast of the Island. Four years later the owners motivation brought up a 900 square meters building construction in a total land area of 3.580 square meters. In light of the size of the house comparable to the dreamed house, it was decided already in 2008 to adapt the inicial project into a business.
