[GEMMABROTONS, 24/11/2011] We had spend 4 days in Poggiacolle. After trakking the zone I can assure you that It has the most magnificent views of Toscana country side.

We initially thought this may have been too long in the one place, but it was just perfect. Allowing enough relaxing and sight seeing.
The accommodation was very quaint, with each apartment styled differently. Plenty of small courtyards to sit in the sun. Central heating was great for night times. The pool has beautiful views over the olives, vines and hills.
It is a perfect farm house experience without having to hire a whole place for yourself.

[lahamada, 22/04/2011] The perfect hotel to spend a relaxing holiday in one of the most enchanting villages in Tuscany.
[superpole, 10/07/2010] This is the 3rd time that me and my girlfriend come to "Il Cardino".
We love the place, the owners (Leandro and Monica), their helpfulness and friendliness.
Every year there is something better than the previous visits: the garden, the pool area, the child park.
So we can't do anything than suggest this place to everyone. Try it at least one time: you will love it and for sure you will return.
[HenLi, 05/07/2010] We spent 2 weeks at Podere la Marronaia in May 2010. We had a great experience even if the weather was not good everyday. Arriving the impression is to go down but really the farmhouse sets on the top of a hill cultivated with olives and grapes. When there the view is open at 360°, from the towers of San Gimignano to the hills of Chianti area. [JPaul, 17/06/2010] A very nice place, large room and a very good breakfast. The staff is very friendly and very helpfull, we like the location, at the same distance from Volterra and San Gimignano and close to Siena. The pool is very big and the landscape is wonderful from there. We will turn back.
[francybig, 23/01/2010] Poderi Arcangelo is a agriturismo located 3 km from Certaldo and 6 km from San Gimignano. The location is perfect for visiting almost all of Tuscany. It is situated on top of a hill and has the most incredible views. The staff are friendly and helpful. Signora Maria makes wonderful meals and the friendly communal eating area allowed us to share stories and experiences with people from all over the world. The rooms are clean and the swimming is amazing! The staff is very helpfull and very kind!
