The author stayed several times in the San Francisco Hilton; she writes that for the rooms, it depends quite in which one of the "three different towers" one gets his room. Tower 3 seems to be the "oldest" one and the one with the "smaller rooms". However, she says that tower 3 rooms are "totally fine". She emphasizes the "courteous and helpful" staff, they gave her once an early-check-in and treated her toddler very nicely. She liked the "brand new" fitness center of the hotel (even it is for charge). There is a pool and jacuzzi too, but she thinks it's a bid shady (from the "other nearby big buildings"). Finally, the thinks that this "is a great hotel" and she has "always been happy" with her stays there.
