The Grand Hyatt - San Francisco is a deluxe hotel located on Union Square in the heart of San Francisco, 15 minutes from San Francisco International Airport. The hotel is centrally located and only minutes to all the area attractions.

Location. The Grand Hyatt San Francisco (Calif.), one of only two hotels that stands on Union Square, caters to fanciers of fine art and financial district fortune seekers. The hotel is adjacent to Union Square's shops and galleries, one block from San Francisco's cable cars and two blocks from the Chinatown. Nob Hill and Westfield San Francisco Centre are within four blocks of this hotel and the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art is eight blocks away.
Hotel Features. Panoramic views of the city and bay are featured at Grandviews Restaurant, serving California style cuisine, traditional favorites, signature dishes and vintage wines. Live entertainment is presented most evenings at the adjacent Grandviews Lounge and Terrace, boasting oriental dÚcor and antiques. The informal Mezzanine CafÚ opens for breakfast and serves coffee, juice and light fare. Computer rentals, a business center and conference rooms are available, as is wireless Internet access for a fee. A 24 hour fitness center contains cardiovascular equipment, complimentary fruit and chilled towels.
Guestrooms. The 685 guestrooms boast mahogany finished furnishings, upholstered armchairs, floral accents, large windows framing views of downtown San Francisco and decor in earth toned hues of tan, chocolate brown and black. Bedding includes 250 thread count triple sheeting, pillowtop mattresses and a selection of European, throw and roll pillows. Upper tier floors feature skyline views, and bathrooms boast Portico toiletries and mini televisions. Each includes cable television, high speed Internet access, minibars and coffeemakers.
Expert Tip. Sculptor Ruth Asawa's 1972 fountain, located just outside the hotel on the plaza, depicts inner city life. Revealing scenes of San Francisco past and present, the bronze reliefs were cast from bakers' clay, and modeled by the artist's family members, neighbors and local schoolchildren.
