[PhilIbiza2011, 01/02/2012] My girlfriend and I spent a couple of weeks checking prices, facilities, location and customer reviews and thought we could not find a better hotel to stay in San Antonio. Very friendly staff who could not have been any more helpful, especially when we lost our keys and my passport. Modern, well decorated and maintained hotel, great views from our balcony over looking the harbour, excellent choice of breakfast. Superb location as described on their website. [lilmiss, 11/10/2011] It was a cheap and clean hotel which was so close to everything the staff are very friendly and helpful they provide a great breakfast . We had the south facing view room 709 couldn't ask for a better room apart from the shower was a bit shit as the pressure wasn't to great and the fridge could have been colder . the air con was a god send to us as the room was very warm .
[danieller13, 16/07/2008] Well, my title pretty much says it all - my group got a large sum of money stolen from our locked room - as did at least 4 other groups from around the hotel. And this was only in one week, and only the ones I found out about. The staff were not bothered in the slightest, instead of offering any sympathy or consideration continually repeating that it was not their problem. Even when we were not complaining the staff were smug and rude to us.
Despite some claims that the hotel is walking distance of the San Antonio strip, it actually requires a taxi costing 9Euros each way, which gets expensiv
