[ggmsu, 05/09/2011] We had a fantastic stay at the Bloberger Hof Hotel. The Junior Suite was spacious and perfect for our family of 4. The hotel was clean, quiet, convenient to Salzburg and Hohenwerfen Castle, and the staff very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast at the hotel. We wished that we had a longer stay, and look forward to returning again.

[WennyP, 19/09/2010] Bloberger Hof is a lovely place to visit and spend some time. The owners are really nice people and nothing is too much trouble. Our room was very comfortable and we were fortunate enough to have a balcony, which we sat out on in the evenings to relax after a hard day's sightseeing. We ate at the hotel's restaurant on three occasions, each time the food was prepared to perfection (yes, that word again!). The bus stop for the number 21 bus into the centre of Salzburg is a mere 1 minute walk from the front door of the hotel (or maybe 1.5 minutes if your legs are aching from the day before!) [more]

We literally just pulled up and walked in hoping to find a zimmer frei. We were in luck, and it turned out our luck wasn't just in finding a room. In almost 2 weeks of travel in 3 countries, this was probably our favorite.
