The staff is friendly, helpful and hospitable. They will tell you anything you need to know from restaurants and sites to visit as well as suggesting you Rome tours .
In the surrounding area you can admire the wonderful Piazza della Repubblica with the Ancient Roman ruins of the Dioclethian Baths and the Michelangelo's Basilica degli Angeli.
You will also find an open market and lots of convenient shops, call centres, internet points to name just a few points of interest too numerous to mention them all.
The rooms are equipped with safe , TV, fans for the summer and central heating for the winter and air conditioning in the rooms with private bathroom ( it implies an extra charge). Other services : breakfast, everyday cleaning, free city map, free luggage storage , free tour booking , drinks on sale . Clients have free access to a nice terrace where they can sit and relax.
We also have 2 charming apartment. One is on the 4th floor ( for 3-6 people ) and is composed of a double room, a quadruple room, bathroom and kitchen corner. The other one is on the 5th floor ( for 2-4 people ) and is composed of a large room with a double bed, a sofa-bed, bathroom, kitchen corner, TV, air conditioning and balcony. Please take note that we don’t have a lift!
We are located on Via Gaeta,29 at 5 minutes walking distance from the main railway station Termini which is also the main bus station in Rome and the place where the 2 metro lines meet so we are very well connected with every part if Rome in a safe and quiet area. Examples of the distances from the main sights:
- the Colosseum is at 25 minutes walking distance or 5 minutes with the metro;
- the Trevi Fountain is at 15 minutes walking distance and 10 minutes with the metro;
- the Spanish Steps is at 20-25 minutes walking distance and 10 minutes with the metro;
- the Pantheon / the Navona Square and Campo di Fiori are at 30 minutes walking distance and 15 minutes with the bus
- Piazza Venezia is at 25 minutes walking distance and 15 minutes with the bus.
