The hotel itself is very nice, the rooms were spacious, cosy and comfortable. The surroundings are beautiful and there are a number of beautiful spots and cultural sights very close by to be visited. Nevertheless I cannot recommend this hotel because of its lousy service and food, which really spoilt my stay in this place. The rooms were not properly cleaned and the hotel staff were unfriendly and even rude, although the hotel wasn't fully booked. More considerate staff members and this place could be perfect.

The service and cleanliness of our house is very important to us. We regularly check the work of our staff and have recently hired a number new staff members to upgrade our service.As to the food, we never had any complaints before and, of course, taste is subjective and can always be argued about. Also we would need some specific details in order to react adequately to a complaint.
