[Puffin6, 17/09/2010] Let me start by saying that it takes a lot for me to write a review - either positive or negative. This is by far my worst experience yet and I am truly sickened by the the staff service and policies of this hotel. My boyfriend and I booked this hotel online as it looked liked we'd be able to get decent amenities for a pretty reasonable price. As sightseeing in Rio can be expensive we thought it would be great to save on lodging. What a mistake. The one thing that this hotel has going for it is that it is located near the beach (no ocean-front), but close enough which is great if you're look [more]
