Next door to, and around the apartment you will find: an internet-café, a supermarket, laundry service and several juice-bars and restaurants.The studios are on the 9th and 10th floor so there is relatively little street noise.1)The renovated STANDARD studio has a blindex shower cabin with gas-heated hot water; kitchenette with: microwave oven, 2 pits electrical cooker and a big fridge. The living / sleeping room has: 20 inch colour TV with DVD-player, 1 double bed, 1 extra single bed / couch, 1single sofa bed, small breakfast table with 2 chairs and a stool and 2 ceiling fans.This studio accommodates comfortably 3 people and of course towels and sheets are provided just like tourist information. !!If only sleeping space is needed a 4th person can stay for a small extra fee.!!2) the 2nd DELUXE studio has the same size and facilities but the only difference is that it has an electric shower and AIR CONDITIONING! Here we can set up: 1 Very big and comfortable double bed and 1 sofa bed or 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed. So it accommodates comfortably 3 people.!!If only sleeping space is needed a 4th person can stay for a small extra fee!!
