Views in the Main House rooms are over the park and gardens and the cottages have their own garden area. Overlooking beautifully manicured lawns and terraces, the restaurant is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner. From May to October tables are available on the terrace. A wide variety of light menus and tasty dishes are the best recipes for a complete sense of wellbeing. Our Chefs de Cuisine use personal intuition and taste to offer you a rich culinary variety of fresh seasonal refined dishes and typical traditional Tuscan and Italian cuisine.
The restaurant is closed from 2nd November 2008 to 31st March 2009. It opens during this period, upon request, only for groups (minimum 16 members).
The territory of the municipality of Reggello is of great scenic and environmental interest: Mount Secchieta (1450 m), the Vallombrosa Forest and the S.Antonio Forest should all be visited.
Reggello is famous for its agricultural products. An international exhibition and market based on the local extra-virgin olive oil is held here each December. The road of the seven bridges starts for Arezzo from here and is of great historical and artistic interest, apart from the beautiful scenery to be found en route. In the vicinity and having even greater historic value is the almost 1000 year old Vallombrosa Monastery, founded by San Giovanni Gualberto de' Visdomini and Mother Basilica to the Vallombrosano Order.
By car:
-Heading to the south of Florence, leave the A1 at the Incisa exit and turn right.
-follow the sign to Matassino,
-Arriving in Matassino, pass the first roundabout,
-at the second roundabout, turn left towards Vaggio and in the centre of the village turn right after the bridge.
-At the end in a left-hand bend go straight ahead heading to wards San Giovenale and passing a small bridge at the right.
-After 100 m you will find the entrance to the hotel on your right.
