Getting to know the Massif Central

[Iohan60, 18.08.2008] This parc is meant to learn about the vulcanic history of the aerea of Clermont-Ferrand. Fortunately it is not a Vulcan-Disney. It is really interesting but it is rather museum-like. The presentation, setting and buildings are marvellous, and much worth the visit. My visit was in 2006, and I noticed currently there are plans to do quite some "upgrading". [more]
