Stay and relax by the pool at Tamengo - we have brokered a deal with Ferroviaria Oriental (The train company) to enable us to purchase a next day reservation on any train (from the cheapest to the most 'luxurious', provided they are running of course) - and we won´t charge you a cent extra for it, its all part of the service you can receive when you stay with us.Be careful of vendors offering tickets on the Brazilian side - the train leaves from Bolivia not Brazil, unscrupulous people may charge extra, or take your money and run. We also have all the latest info on any strikes or political activity that may prevent travel - which the other side of the border may not inform you of.NOTE: If immigration is closed, you can still cross to the border town of Quijarro. You can cross between Quijarro and Corumba without entry and exit stamps – just return when it’s open and don’t go beyond these towns.
