Very good & neat rooms, front office & housekeeping staff were very helpful , good food the best part our room AC was giving the best cooling, the complimentary breakfast is very tasty and enjoyable .
According to me 2 minus point s, one the surroundings. & other food is very costly Apart from that my family of 9 enjoyed their 2 days stay.
One suggestion: please have a guard near the swimming pool & Gym
[Chinmayi, 02/02/2010] The Hotel is a business hotel with good facilities and service. The staff are courteous and well mannered. The location in the city is also centre of Pondicherry The food is good and south Indian delicacies are served.
[loganathan, 18/01/2010] I stayed in room no 211.The Hotel Is Great, The Rooms Are Well Kept, But You Need Lcd Tvs for a better view. The Breakfast menu has to be increased to international standards .Otherwise A Good Hotel, I Had A Great Experience, Thanks.
