By the way this author describes the view when entering the park, it's understandable why Vallée de Mai has been declared a World's Heritage site in 1983. Trees with a height of 30 meters "make you feel a dwarf" and it's not only the trees with their big leaves that make this park a unique place but also the birds and the nuts. Those nuts "can weigh up to 20 kilograms" which is the "heaviest nut in the world". If we believe the author the name "Garden of Eden" has been given "because of the nuts".
