My brother and I visited Oz apartment hostels in Prague some time ago. We liked the easy booking, combined with the cheap price of around 10 euros a night each. What we got was a really well located hostel to Prague, which was almost opposite the Tesco supermarket in Mustek. It also benefited from good transport links on the tram and the Mustek and Museum metro. What I did also like about the hostel was that there was a low cost internet cafe on the first floor. This also made the check in process rather good.
The disadvantages of this hostel is that due to its location almost right in the middle of the town centre made it noisy from the traffic. I also did not like the quality of the beds which were very basic and came with no optional extras including tea and coffee facilities. I also was slightly concerned regarding the overall hygiene of this place as a lot of the skirting boards and rails had not been cleaned in a while during my stay. I did find this good value for money overall though was let down slightly by the quality of the bed. This did make sleeping a little difficult, though in fairness I was only here for two nights.
