[iiqcheck-en, 07/01/2013] The suite was beautiful, plenty of light, comfortable furniture and the bed was wonderful. The outlook over the Christmas markets kept us entertained but noise was not an issue. Breakfasts were fabulous. My only comment would be that the hotel dining room and bar were over heated and were uncomfortably hot. Staff were friendly and helpful but perhaps additional staff would be better as we found service in the bar very slow when the person handling bar was also handling reception. Overall we loved the hotel and enjoyed our experience very much.
