This is a very well-organised, clean, neat and comfortable B & B. It is conveniently located for the both the sea-front and the city centre - including the railway station. The staff were friendly and helpful. There's on-street parking at the front of the house and secure cycle storage at the rear. There is at least one ground floor en-suite room and there's a proper shower stool with a back-rest available for people with restricted mobility. The B & B was quiet and peaceful even when it was busy when we stayed there in mid-August. The breakfast was very good and different dietary requests can be catered for. The rooms are moderately priced and we found our stay to be very good value for money. Highly recommended.
