The Maroma is recommended by Frommers. It is situated on a " large parcel of land inland" which is "beautifully manicured" and has a "gorgeous beach" of "fine white" sand. The "large" rooms have been "upgraded" and new suites added. The "new" beach bar is said to be an "enjoyable place" to spend time. There are three bars at this hotel, and three "outdoor spring-fed" pools. The Maroma's "small" size makes a "more personal service".
