[MargaretL, 16/07/2011] My husband and I go to this hotel once or twice every year and have been doing so since it opened over 20 years ago. We have found it to be relaxing and very friendly. The staff are only too happy to help and the accommodation is extremely comfortable, clean and tidy. There is no entertainment in the evenings so you would have to go out but everything is in walking distance. All in all I would recommend this Hotel for a relaxing holiday.

[jojojoj75, 25/06/2011] Have just returned from my 2nd stay and its just perfect. The staff are so friendly and always happy and laughing. So i think that says a lot these days. in a resort where you are constantly overlooked by other hotels this is a breath of fresh air. 2 large pools one a bit deep so great for swimming. lots of sunbed areas so your not in each others pockets and no other hotel to block you sunlight. We went all inclusive and its great, you help yourself to soft drinks beer wine and sangria. Food excellent very tasty and lots of choice, for the healthy or unhealthy of us. The mix of nationalities

[Brina, 23/05/2011] They were the best holidays we ever had. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean. The food was excellent. We want to comeback so fast as we can.
Our Heart stay in this Hotel.
[svetlanakk, 10/10/2010] We spent there our honeymoon in July 2004. The hotel was surrounded by many other hotels - the whole resort was a little bit overbuilt, but that is I guess not only there. The rooms were large enough but needed some renovation. The restaurant was good - there was a great variety of dishes and fruits (we were on HB). The transfer to the airport (Santa Cruz de Tenerife) is around 1 hour - not so far. The bus station is near and you can go around the whole island by bus.
[jakes-mum, 20/08/2006] On a whole I would not have rated this hotel a 4, the staff were unhelpful and slow, the maids lazy and unprofessional. The whole opinion seemed to be that you were only there for 2 weeks so it didn't matter how they treated you.
The entertainment area was disgusting, there was nowhere to sit and what made it worse was they had a perfectly good entertainment area under the middle pool but they never opened it (and this was peak season)
The safety of the hotel room was appalling, I didn't sleep properly for 2 weeks over fears that my son would get up and open the front door.
