[carlydobbin, 02/07/2011] Stunning hotel with beautifly manicured gardens leading leading to a stunning pale golden sandy beach with crystal clear warm waters. Simply paradise
[joshuaATpuntacana, 18/06/2010] Ok, so we got a great deal on what we thought was a 5-star resort for our honeymoon. Elevator didn't work, and the bellhop told us it hadn't worked for a long time. We were on the 4th floor. Batteries in my TV remote died (when does THAT happen??). AC would barely keep the room at 80 degree Farenheit. Had to call TWICE to get a repairman out there on the third day of our stay to fix our AC. Resort website said this was for COUPLES ONLY. Bull! I've never seen more screaming kids than at Disney World! Including next door and right outside our room running around screaming all the time.

[henrythepug33, 26/03/2010] My wife and are are a real open-minded, happy, and concious people. We booked our Honeymoon, I'm 35 and she is 25, with the All-Inclusive NH Royal Arena / Beach package and I upgraded to the room with an Ocean view and got the bus ride to and from the airport package. This was our her first time to the Carribean, and I had gone once in my College years, so we were fresh to the idea of a Carribean Vacation of 5 Nights.
We booked through CheapCaribean, which this was one of their most exclusive and expensive trips going for 750.- and thats the price to drag you in. Once we had added the ad

[rogwat48, 01/11/2009] As with all Riu hotels, everywhere is very clean and tidy. Rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet. Balcony is adequate and bathroom is roomy. Variety of food is very good, although a little repetetive. Beach is lovely and there are always plenty of sunbeds around pool or under palm trees. We have been twice and thoroughly enjoyed each visit.

4 - staff not very helpfull as they cant speak english and not very nice, sometimes rude
5 - restaurants and bars to hott to chill, eat and drink as they have no airconditioning
6 -one day they run out of beach toals!!!!!!!!!
7 - the drinks were really bad, and almost no alcool even if we asked a lot
8 - food, not the best, it's every day the same food and only have food t

[sbruce02, 30/12/2008] We just got back from this resort. It is a two star at best. There were so many problems small and large that I could not list them all. I am not a picky person and could probably slept on the beach all week but if you pay for a 4-5 star resort, you would expect better.
The resort is not ready to have guests. Most families waited from 3 to 8 hours for a room. We saw and spoke to about 20-30 families over the first two days having the same problems as us. We arrived at 2 and got a room at 7:00pm. Some did not get rooms until 12:00 in the morning. They had no room keys so they told us to get
