Jordan and his girlfriend Heather, visited the Punta Cana Princess resort in the summer of 2005. Although check-in was quick for them, they doubted whether "the people at the back of the line felt as good" as "it seemed to be taking 5 mins per check-in". Jordan was shocked that the buffet was "not air conditioned" making the eating area "hot and humid". He also considered the food to be "terrible" and claimed that "it was nearly impossible to eat at this buffet". This anonymous reviewer thought the Punta Cana Princess resort was "wonderful". The room was "great" and "very clean". There was a "great view of the ocean" from the room and it "overlooked the pool". Of the à la carte restaurants, the steak restaurant was "very good" and the Italian was "great". The buffet was "good" but the beach buffet "better". The bars were "great" and the beach was "beautiful" despite "lots of seaweed washed up".
