[thom49, 07/02/2010] I am regular in Phnom Penh and I real like it to go to Cambodia since Scoop opened as this place make you forget the surrounding. You enter and you get into a modern brightly lit bistro, the high chairs separates from others and give you privacy and the lounge area provides you the place for a drink.
The food was always excellent and Reiner, the chef, prepares it with passion and shows his love for cooking. The service is good, attentive and friendly. Always with a smile!
