The estate has bees that produce amazing honey, olive oil can also be obtained by cold squeezing technique and red wine (doc)- sangiovese Brunello - are also produced from the country house estate.
Animals such as dogs and cats are welcome but only outside the apartments where they can enjoy the enclosed park area, there is a kennel for them to sleep in at night.
The same applies for guests travelling with their own horses.
For all travelling with animals, prior notice is required at the time of booking - 2 weeks notice is needed if you intend to bring a horse.
The apartments style is strictly related to the Umbrian region, with old stones and original woods, hand made iron and high quality antique furniture. All apartments have been recently renovated to offer you all modern comfort and they are equipped with all common facilities including LCD satellite TV.
Each apartment also has an independent entrance, gas, water and electricity supply.The apartments are all self-catering.Many beautiful cities of the Umbrian region can be found close by:

The country house can provide a riding instructor (on request) who will organise fantastic visits around the surrounding hills, introducing the smallest of children to a relationship with horses. Built in the 13th century, and renovated in 2006 with precious, original materials and high quality furniture, this former farmhouse offers an idyllic countryside retreat.
The farmhouse is divided into 10 apartments; each one composed of a living room with an open kitchen, double room and bathroom. Surrounded by green fields of cherry and walnut, vineyards and olive groves, the spectacular view is characterized by the typical landscape of the Umbrian hills, across to the Apennine’s mountains.

It is kindly requested to advise the arrival time. The Reception is open from 9.00 AM to 1.00 PM and from 4.00 PM to 7.00 PM. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
