[KEBINSV, 06/11/2009] We stayed at the Regal Apartments from late October 09 to early November and the apartments were disgusting. We arrived late and had to obtain our keys from the "locked box" at the front door - it was not locked. The apartment we had been allocated was on the fourth floor and when we entered the apartment we noticed a light on in the second bedroom. At first we thought someone was already in the apartment, but then noticed the bed from this bedroom was out in the living area with a picture leaning against the end of the bed.
