Very good

It is a clean and comfortable hotel. The staff was kind and willing to speak in English, which is something unusual in France from my experience. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. Very good for children as there is a sofa in every room which pulls out as full-size bed. The food was excellent, great variety.
Overall, it deserves more than the 3 star rating in my opinion and I would definately stay at Novotel Paris Gare de Lyon for my next visit.
