What I like about this hotel is that it has nothing to do with huge 4 star hotel where you feel not at home at all. This hotel has a rather intimate and family atmosphere. I would say that this hotel is a sort of a cocoon nestled in a quiet area of the 7th arrondissement, close to the Ecole Militaire, rue Cler and of course the Eiffel Tower. The hotel has been renovated lately, I would say some couple of years ago and you can see it: very posh, modern and fresh look. My room was stylish with a extreme sense of colours and was in tones of plum with antique furniture and old paintings. The living room had a retro look reminding me of New York with the velvet sofas, aviator paitnings and false columns on the wooden walls, that some parts are covered with different wallpapers. There is also a false chimney that looks really nice. But the most important point of my stay in this hotel was definitely its staff that are genuinely interested, care and always go over to do whatever will be best for you, restaurant recommendations and booking, taxi call up, going out and buying stuff at the pharmacy next door for me. What can I say about that? It is lovely. Viva Paris!

I haven't used their room service so I cannot even say what they are like. Room size was ok for parisian hotel room standards. The view had nothing exceptional but there was no building in front of it.

I cannot say about their business facilities as I haven't used them. As to the bar, I saw one rather modest but I haven't used it as well. There is no spa in the hotel. And I don't travel with kids and I haven't seen any in the hote for the time of my stay.

Ok, in summary as to the location, there is nothing around for night life. You have to use taxi but it is rather cheap and practical. And in the neighborhood besides the famous rue cler this is not an area of shopping like Champs Elysees, Opera and Saint Germain.
