Walk on historic - famous square...

, 13/05/2011] Place de la Concorde, I found in the center of Paris. The square is one of the biggest in Paris, located on the banks of the river Seine. The walk was an incredible - even greater was thrill. On the square have lost their heads some popular personalities in the history one of which is Maria Antoaneta. Two beautiful fountain with exquisite statues - eight the number dedicated to the biggest towns in the country is located at the historical square. , 19/03/2011] The Place de la Concorde is a site in Paris that has some amazing statues and monuments and is definately a must see for any visitor to the city. Although I had visited Paris before I had never actually been to the Place de la Concorde or the Arc de Triomph which is located near to it so I knew this time that it had to be on my list. The square is actually octogonal in shape and covers an area of 20 acres making it the largest square in the city.
